Obviously, and the environmental impact is relatively large, resulting in the inability to rectify the deviation in time, causing the conveyor belt to deviate, causing serious consequences and affecting production.

BDKME electronic control deviation correction device is composed of deviation intelligent detection sensor, electric control device, self-aligning idler group and electric or electro-hydraulic actuator. When the conveyor deviates, it is captured by the intelligent deviation detection sensor, and the deviation signal and related deviation data are transmitted to the electronic control device. When one set of deviation correction devices detects deviation, the data will be transmitted to one or more adjacent groups. Electronically controlled deviation correction device, other electronically controlled deviation correction devices are used to check deviation data, and carry out linkage deviation correction.
