During the operation of the belt conveyor, the conveyor belt is deviated due to various reasons such as manufacturing, installation and debugging. Most of the existing conveyor belt deviation correction devices use belt friction or passive hydraulic pressure for deviation correction, and the deviation correction effect is not good. Obviously, and the environmental impact is relatively large, resulting in the inability to rectify the deviation in time, causing the conveyor belt to deviate, causing serious consequences and affecting production.
BDKME electronic control deviation correction device is composed of deviation intelligent detection sensor, electric control device, self-aligning idler group and electric or electro-hydraulic actuator. When the conveyor deviates, it is captured by the intelligent deviation detection sensor, and the deviation signal and related deviation data are transmitted to the electronic control device. The signal is transmitted to the electric or electro-hydraulic actuator to deflect the centering roller, drive the conveyor belt to correct, and adjust the deflection angle of the centering roller in real time through the real-time transmission of the intelligent deviation signal until the conveyor belt is restored to the center.
Moreover, if there are multiple sets of BDKME electronically controlled deviation correction devices installed on a belt conveyor, linkage control can be realized and mutual redundancy. When one set of deviation correction devices detects deviation, the data will be transmitted to one or more adjacent groups. Electronically controlled deviation correction device, other electronically controlled deviation correction devices are used to check deviation data, and carry out linkage deviation correction. (This function needs to be customized separately)
